  Worst customer service i have experienced in a long time. I purchased a charger there a month ago. It stopped working. I tried to return it but their policy is 14 days. The lady was incredibly rude. She didn’t explain anything and was short and snotty with me. So i drove to the store at prairie center and had a completely different experience. They helped me submit a request for a replacement. They were great at explaining the policy and helping me resolve my issue. I will never go to the one off chambers again. The lady working there was beyond rude to me and refused to help me.
