  Bought a kirby vaccum few weeks ago. After paid for it and wait for them to ship. The store cancelled my order for a stupid reason the item no longer in stock . What kind of the bussiness does not control inventory ? The answer is bad bussiness

  Wow, Rude! This place is a joke. Zero stars especially for the manager. Before you even say a word he’s already looking at you like he hates his life lol. I get it, it’s a pawn shop and I’m sure you deal with irritating people a lot but you still need to be polite to people especially new ones, it’s called customer service. If you hate your job so much go find one that doesn’t involve customer encounters. The prices are also way to high. Even if they were good I still wouldn’t shop here. I would rather get jiped by ez pawn or fast cash then deal with these unhappy folk.

  Both sellers I talk to were rude, the female seller continually put me on hold without even asking me to hold on first. The manager of the store does not know the meaning of customer service. Instead of making the customer happy and doing a simple action, he chose to be staunchly and uncaring. Would recommend going to a reputable place.

  Honestly one of the best pawn shops I’ve ever been in. Hector & Moe are so nice & they helped me & my sister in law get into a vehicle that we liked & it was at a decent price & they are friendly & approachable & I didn’t feel rushed which is what makes it such a great experience. I will be referring more people here!!!
